Let me stress the word DAMP
Anyways the grass and flowers love it!
I just wanted to wish everyone a

It would be nice if it was warmer also.

Thats all for today!
Heres` a recipe for some spicy deviled eggs for those Easter dinners.
Deviled Eggs are an Easter tradition after all.

6 hard cooked eggs
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 tbsp. scallions, minced
1 small jalapeno pepper
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon cilantro (optional)
pinch cayenne pepper
pinch chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon horseradish, grated
1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Slice each egg in half crosswise. Scrape out yolks saving contents in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard and blend together. Add remaining ingredients to combine.Spoon approximately 1 tbsp. of the yolk mixture into each egg half. Sprinkle lightly with chili powder and paprika. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.

And As Always
Keep It Clean!

  1. Love that wine basket. My favorite deviled eggs - because normally I won't eat the yellow - are truffled deviled eggs made with truffle oil. I think they are the most fabulous things on the planet. And yes, I'll eat the yellow.

  2. Love the wine basket too and the egg recipe looks delicious...can't wait to try it out.

  3. cool and rainy here too.....VA...nice furniture...have a wonderful weekend!

    enjoy *~*
