Now moving on to my meatball recipe find. I was looking for a simple recipe for making some tasty meatballs for my spaghetti sauce. A recipe that wasn`t too technical, but tasty.
Here is what I found.
Ingredients
One Pound Hamburger
1/4 cup Parsley
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 egg
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, roll into mini meatballs, put on greased baking sheet and bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
Oh, and a couple of extra tips. I used half ground turkey and half ground hamburg. I also used olive oil to grease the baking sheet with, and I added salt and pepper to the mix also.
After they were cooked I added them to my spaghetti sauce and they were delicious, if I do say so myself.
Finally I have got to show you my white finds of the day!
Thats All For Now!
Enjoy your Day!
And Give Those Meatballs A Try!
Would really be good in a homemade meatball grinder too!
As Always
Keep It Clean!
