Good morning to All!

Its a very cold morning here on the East Coast. Hard to get going on these cold mornings! 

As you know if you`ve been following my blog, I have my new carrot seed facial cleanser available in my Etsy shop. You`ve really got to give it a try, it is available in a 2.5 ounce size and a 4 ounce size.

To maximize the benefits of using a natural facial cleanser, apply my facial cleanser to warm moist skin.

Use a circular motion to gently massage the skin with the cleanser, then rinse well. 

This face wash strategy will ensure a deep cleansing of clogging debris from the pores which will leave the skin ultra clean, soft and supple. 

Gently pat away the excess moisture, never wipe, because over time this can stretch the tissue which inevitably lead to sagging skin and those dreaded wrinkles.

Today is Thursday, January 13th, and if you live on the East Coast like I do, you`re shoveling yourself out of almost  1 1/2 feet of snow.

I must admit though it is absolutely gorgeous out! Its too bad the snow can`t stay white.

Anyway this weather has been good to keep me busy in my shop. I have two new lip balms ready, one is called Ki. It is part of my new line of Ki products coming up. Ki is a balance of rosemary and peppermint.  Rosemary is a member of the mint family of herbs. You wouldn`t generally associate it with mint, because  it is used in various Italian dishes and such.

Rosemary has a mesmerizing aroma, fresh, herbaeous and sweet.

Peppermint is a bolder mint, strong and clarifying. The combination of both in my Ki lip balm makes you want to apply it over and over again.

Ki Lip Balm

Ki lip balm keeps your lips soft and protected against the elements. I`ve made it with a combination of beeswax, coconut oil, sunflower oil, lanolin and vitamin e. You`ve simply got to try it!

I will be working on more Ki products during the rest of January. There will be a body wash, body lotion and cold process soap.

I`ve spent the day working on my moisturizer presentation in my shop.
I have a sample size  available for $5.00 and a .50 ounce size for $12.95. I`ve called it Dew Kiss, its rich and creamy, yet not greasy or oily feeling on the skin. I have used apricot kernel oil and vegetable glycerin, both are extremely excellent for normal to dry skin.
Apricot kernel oil is rich in fatty acids and high in Vitamin A and easily absorbed in the skin.
Vegetable glycerin draws moisture to the skin and is great for aging skin.
No matter what your age group a good moisturizer is beneficial for your face.

Welcome to my first blog of the new year. The new year is off to a quiet start, I think most people are just trying to relax a bit after the hectic holiday season. I think Christmas came fast, I know it did for me. It seemed like right after Thanksgiving it slammed me like a runaway train. But all in all it was a very pleasant holiday season. 


I am a workaholic, so right after the holidays I jumped right into the business of working on some new products and soaps.

The first new product I`d like to talk about is my Carrot Seed Facial Skin Cleanser. I just love this cleanser, it leaves my skin feeling soft, no dry areas and no greasy feeling, just pure naturally clean, toned and firmed. The cleanser comes in a 2.5 ounce container for $9.95. It will soon be available in a four ounce size also for $14.95.


Carrot seed oil is rich in beta carotene and many vitamins. The cleanser also contains castile, jojoba, aloe vera, glycerin and geranium essential oil, just all natural goodness for your skin.
